Teen Christian Music Reviews

Check out the latest teen Christian music reviews from a fellow rocker. This page was begun by Scott when he was thirteen and in the 8th grade. Here is what he had to say about his life at that time:

"I love sports. I play baseball and am on a competitive diving team. Our family goes to a lot of Christian concerts. We went on the K-LOVE cruise in January. The band I liked the best was Everyday Sunday. We have an awesome club in my hometown called The Underground where teens can go and hear great Christian bands. The last concert I attended there was Hawk Nelson, Falling Up, KJ-52, and Seventh Day Slumber. It was awesome."

Scott is in college now. His duties there keep him tremendously busy. Therefore, Linda Wakefield Kelley has assumed the responsibility for this page. Christian-Parenting-Source will continue to add great teen music reviews here on a regular basis. Check back often to see what's hot in the teen music world.

Teen Christian Music Review

by Scott Kelley

Pillar’s new CD “Where Do We Go from Here” is the best out of all four albums they’ve released. I like this CD better than the others because this one seems more polished than the previous CD’s. The longer this band is around on the Christian music scene the more professional they sound. The CD has a lot of rock for the teens in the family and some slower songs for the adults. This well-known band to Christian rockers provides great vocals and clean Christian lyrics.

My favorite songs on the CD are “Hypnotized” and “Frontline.” Wondering who Pillar is? Well, they are a Christian rock band that is getting more popular every day. The members of the band are Rob Beckley (vocals), Lester Estelle (drums), Noah Henson (guitars), and Kalel (bass).

I would highly recommend this CD to teens and adults who like rock music. Grade: A+
