Patrick is a great husband and father. He supports the home school effort in so many ways. He works very hard as a pharmacist. If the children have a tough science or math question, it�s usually Dad who comes up with the best explanation. Pat enjoys his time with the children and they bask in his attention. Pat loves to cook and his specialty is Chinese food. Pat is an avid Ohio State fan (being an alumnus).

Linda Wakefield Kelley is a free-lance writer in addition to being the primary home school teacher. She has published over 200 articles for such national publications as Christian Parenting Today, Discipleship Journal, and Brio. An Honorable Mention in the 73rd Annual Writer�s Digest Writing Competition was exciting news.

Linda earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Hawaii in 1983. Her major was Travel Industry Management (TIM). A stint as Executive Director of TIM Night 1983 was a high point. As director Linda (front row, blue dress, white lei) selected, organized, and motivated a committee of twenty students to present this annual banquet involving $17,000 in ticket money, 250 voluntary student workers, and over 450 of Hawaii�s travel industry leaders as guests

Linda returned to the mainland in 1984 and eventually settled in Cincinnati, Ohio. There she met and married Patrick in 1988. She went back to school and earned her teaching certificate and Master of Arts Degree in Education. She taught in a public school for five years before deciding to stay home with the children. In 2000 Linda decided to use her teaching expertise with our children. Don�t leave our site without checking out our many home school resources.

Sean is nineteen and is in college. He was homeschooled from the sixth grade through the twelfth grade. His goal is to become a Bible College Professor. He has a great sense of humor and his witticisms generate many groans as well as a few yucks. Reading is a favorite past time as are video games. Sean also enjoys playing tennis. He enjoys church activities, hanging with friends, and Christian concerts.

Scott is seventeen and in the 12th grade. He loves sports (watching and participating). He plays baseball, tennis, Math and history are Scott�s favorite subjects. He also loves church activities, hanging with friends and the occassional Christian concert. Sarah is thirteen and in the 9th grade. She also loves sports. Sarah has competed in gymnastics, tumbling and trampoline, diving, and dance. She is currently playing softball and tennis. She also loves church activities, Christian concerts, and being with friends. You'll learn a little more about us, but a whole lot more about Sarah's favorite singers/bands by visiting her Christian music reviews page.
